En Sixt somos líderes de mercado, seguimos creciendo y buscamos gente como tú Con el fin de ampliar nuestro equipo de Operaciones, estamos en búsqueda de una persona cualificada para ocupar el puesto de Agent Operational controlling para la central de Sixt en Palma de Mallorca.

FUNCIONES:

- Formarás parte del equipo de operaciones, dando apoyo a todas las cuestiones, dudas e incidencias de nuestras oficinas. Serás la persona de contacto para aspectos relacionados con los indicadores de calidad y customer service (CES y PQI).
- Realizarás el control y reportarás feedback sobre los procesos relativos a la legislación española, normas y requisitos internos.
- Participarás en diferentes proyectos relacionados con la gestión de calidad.
- Gestionarás el control y la comunicación con diferentes proveedores.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación en Administración o similar.
- Experiência en labores administrativas, especialmente asociadas al área de calidad.
- Usuario avanzado en del paquete de Microsoft Office.
- Responsable, dinámico y orientado a resultados. Acostumbrado a trabajar por objetivos y deadlines.
- Inglés y español fluidos. Valorable alemán.

El objetivo del equipo es inspirar a los clientes mediante la identificación continua de posibles mejoras y el aumento sostenible de la eficiencia del proceso de alquiler. El potencial de optimización en la red de estaciones se identifica a través de análisis específicos, evaluación comparativa e intercambios de mejores prácticas, y se implementa en proyectos interdepartamentales e internacionales. Además de la planificación, ejecución e implementación, se realizan revisiones periódicas para verificar la implementación y aplicación de las medidas mediante un control específico de los resultados.
