More and more professional product brands want to promote the digitalisation of beauty salons. Our Brand Partnership Manager has a key function, since he/she promotes business development with a strategic vision, as well as the relationship with the best professional brands in the beauty sector within the French market. We are currently partners with L'Oréal, Redken, Kérastase, Shu Uemura, Matrix, Biolage, Wella, O.P.I., La Biosthetique, Aveda, Comfort Zone, I.C.O.N. and Sephora around Europe but there’s a lot to do regarding this market.

Our Brand Partnership Manager will be part of our International Brand Partnerships Department and is based in our Madrid offices.

**You will**:

- Manage, maintain and develop current projects, agreements and collaborations in the French market.
- Work focused and eagerness to reaching and exceeding objectives
- Establish new business contacts in the French Market and maintain a solid relationship with them.
- The Brand Partnership Manager will also coordinate with the Tech, Marketing, Press, Sales, Onboarding, Operations, Finance.
- You will need to follow up and make sure everything is well connected, information is conveyed effectively, and coordinate project timelines.
- Negotiate and close long-term agreements and partnerships with a sales-focused strategy
- Preparare presentations for commercial proposals
- Attend and participate in commercial meetings both remotely and in person
- Carry out demonstrations on the operation of the software, both face-to-face and remotely
- Maintain and develop agreements of current large accounts
- Contact, negotiate and close new agreements with large accounts

**About you**:

- Knowledge of the French market ( great if you have lived there)
- Valued if you have experience in the beauty industry in the French market (L'Oréal, Wella, Davines, Aveda)
- French speaker or bilingual (French, Spanish)
- Work focused and eagerness to reaching and exceeding objectives
- Quick responsiveness and adaptability
- Easiness in establishing and maintaining quality professional relationships
- Thorough work and focused on detail
- High quality in oral and written communication
- Work focused and eagerness to reaching and exceeding objectives
- Quick responsiveness and adaptability
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus (but not essential)
- Experience in the beauty sector and brand partnership
- Agility with the Office Package
