WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

PAGONXT is looking for SCRUM MASTER, based in our Madrid office.

PagoNxt is a new company wholly owned by Santander that incorporates our most disruptive payments & trade businesses into a single, autonomous company, creating one of the largest private fintech companies in the world. This new company will deliver payment & trade solutions for merchants and consumers with compelling technology to become a leading global payments provider in the medium term.

In order to achieve this goal, PagoNxt is organized in three different business:
- Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers.- Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs.- Payments hub, for financial and none financial institutions.

This position is for the Payments Hub team. We are currently extending our cloud native payments processing platform to Santander banks and other financial institutions, with the aim of providing a single access to most domestic and international payment methods at global scale.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Scrum master, your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.- Coaches scrum squad. Identify and remove blockers and impediments.- Coach scrum team members in Agile frameworks.- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.- To improve efficiency and quality. Encourage the use of continuous integration (CI) and automation.- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.- Help teams implement changes effectively.

EXPERIENCE- 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master.

EDUCATION- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field.- Scrum master certification is a plus.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Proactivity and drive for continuous improvement.- Excellent team player.- Well-structured and organized.- Ability to master complexity by a structured breakdown.- Strong communication and inter-personal skills.- Data-driven mindset and analytical skills to make informed decisions and measure outcomes.- Advanced English and Spanish level.
