**Job Overview**

As a business analyst member of the insight team, the role holder will be responsible for insight development and analysis that will facilitate decision making across the business. Working closely with our lead business analyst and with teams from the CMO group, he/she will explore data, create performance dashboards and deliver actionable insight to the business, all levels. He/she will also regularly review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs, maintaining and developing our insight infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**
- Define and deploy stock performance, costs and margin reports that will help the business monitor our brokerage performance and quickly respond to significant variations.
- Define and maintain our brokerage revenue forecast and associated ticket acquisition forecast working closely with CMO, CFO and the Procurement and Marketing teams.
- Define and automatize the production on post event report, gathering the input from all areas of the business.
- Support our account management team with the set-up of performance dashboards for our techno clients
- Manage ad-hoc insight requests linked to our brokerage & techno activities.
- Working very closely with our Performance Marketing & CRM teams, develop customer behavior knowledge and campaign performance insight.
- Insight infrastructure support: manage and maintain dataflows between internal systems and visualization tools, troubleshoot dashboard issues, support techno client requests.
- Supporting our lead BA, develop, train and deploy segmentation models that will facilitate performance management, personalization and revenue optimization

**Desired Skills and Experience**

Business Administration degree

2-3 years of related experience

Ability to conduct cost/ benefit/ forecast analysis

Advanced understanding of e-commerce principles

Broad understanding of Process Analysis

High level of business acumen, analytics ability and IT skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive, Self-motivated, logical and objective mindset

Fluent English and any other European languages is a strong plus

Experience and knowledge of business intelligence practices and tools
