**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
- ** Employee Records Maintenance**: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- ** Administrative Support**: Provide clerical support to HR executives.
- ** Policy and Procedure Documentation**: Prepare and process paperwork related to HR policies and procedures.
- ** Employee Relations**: Address employee inquiries & concerns and assist in resolving conflicts.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- ** Payroll Assistance**: Support payroll processing by providing relevant data, such as attendance, leave, and overtime.
- ** Onboarding and Offboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
- ** HR Projects Coordination**: Help coordinate HR projects and initiatives, particularly those related to the Productivity Plan & IC Separation.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**

**Experiences & Qualifications**
- ** Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- ** Language Skills**: Proficiency in Spanish, Italian and English, as the role involves supporting HR functions in Spain and Italy.
- ** Previous HR Experience**: At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
