El Associate Environmental Health and Safety Officer es un experto en la materia en desarrollo, apoyo y aplicación de las políticas de Salud y Seguridad Medioambiental, y garantiza las condiciones de salud y seguridad en el entorno de trabajo para evitar daños, lesiones y enfermedades.
Este puesto colabora estrechamente con diversas partes interesadas para implementar medidas de control y corrección de condiciones o equipos peligrosos y potencialmente peligrosos, incluidos los que dañan el entorno exterior.
Este rol apoya en el análisis y diseño de control para la prevención de enfermedades laborales, gestiona el riesgo relacionado con el medio ambiente y la gestión de incidentes relacionados.
**What you'll be doing**
**Funciones**:
- Seguimiento de las evaluaciones de riesgos, planes de emergencia y simulacros en coordinación con el servicio de prevención.
- Coordinación de actividades empresariales con los diferentes proveedores y empresas externas y seguimiento de los permisos de trabajo.
- Revisión, modificación y mantenimiento del sistema de gestión integrado (normas OHSAS 18001 e ISO 14001:2015) de la empresa.
- Registro, investigación y seguimiento de accidentes laborales y accidentabilidad anual de la empresa.
- Gestión de la relación con la mutua de accidentes laborales.
- Gestión de la vigilancia de la salud de los trabajadores y la aptitud de los puestos de trabajo.
- Impartición y gestión de la formación en materia Preventiva.
- Gestión de las comunicaciones internas y externas de la empresa, incluyendo notificaciones de las administraciones y requerimientos legales.
- Gestión y seguimiento del cumplimiento de los aspectos legales relativos a seguridad y medio ambiente.
- Gestión de los equipos de protección individual de los empleados y seguimiento de los registros de entrega.
- Apoyo y asistencia a comités de seguridad e interlocución con los delegados de PRL.
- Diseño de programación anual y campañas de prevención (ej. mediciones, formaciones y auditorias)
**Formación requerida para el puesto**:
- Licenciatura /Grado relacionado con la materia.
- Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales **(con las 3 especialidades)**:
- Inglés (Fluido).
- Uso intermedio-avanzado del paquete Office 365 online (Excel, MS Teams, One Drive, Outlook, Word y PWP).
**Experiência requerida para el puesto**:
- Mínimo 3 años experiência en puestos similares.
- Valorable experiência en empresas del sector de Telecomunicaciones.
- Experiência en Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales.
