Por ello, necesitamos una nueva incorporación, le estamos buscando para que se una a nosotros en Barcelona, como Optimizador de Procesos (h/m/d).
**Sus tareas**:
- Como Optimizador de Procesos (h/m/d), asesorará a largo plazo a una clientela fija de toda Cataluña en todas las cuestiones relacionadas con la programación CAM, la selección de herramientas y la optimización de procesos.
- Realizará pruebas de nuestras herramientas en las instalaciones del cliente y demostrará el valorañadido de trabajar con Moldino de la A a la Z.
- Ajustará todos los parámetros necesarios para el proceso de tal manera que conseguirá el máximorendimiento de nuestras herramientas de fresado de alta calidad para el cliente
- Además, compartirá su experiência en la fabricación de moldes y matrices con los distintos departamentos de nuestros clientes (por ejemplo, programación CAM) a través de informes de proyectos y en reuniones.
- En caso de preguntas o problemas complejos relacionados con la optimización de procesos, nuestrodepartamento de desarrollo empresarial y nuestros expertos técnicos estarán encantados de ayudarle en todo momento.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência como operador de CNC, fabricante de herramientas o técnico (M/F/d)
- Varios años de experiência en el mecanizado de aceros, especialmente fresado en máquinas modernas de 3 y 5 ejes en un entorno de fabricación de moldes y matrices.
- Varios años de experiência como programador CAM (h/m/d) o trabajando con programas CAM relevantes para Moldes y matrices complejos (p. ej. Tebis, hyperMILL, Autodesk, WorkNC, etc.).
- Muy buenos conocimientos de español e inglés
- Forma de trabajar independiente y estructurada
- Capacidad comunicativa y asertividad
