**Job Description**:
Position Overview

As Counsel, Legal you will provide legal support to the renewable business in Spain and internationally in relation to the active management of owned assets as well as the development and growth of the company´s business. You will work across a broad range of areas, including operation and maintenance of the assets, new developments and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft, negotiate and enforce all kinds of contracts regarding the development and operation of clean and renewable energy assets in Spain, UK, and other international markets (i.e., O&M and other services agreements, all kind of documents executed between company and customers, land agreements), corporate matters (i.e., services agreements) and new developments/acquisitions (i.e., TS, MOU, SPA, EPC, O&M, land agreements, shareholders agreements, administrative proceedings)
- Provide legal support required on a wide variety of commercial transactions, including acquisitions and sales of energy facilities, joint ventures and other joint development arrangements, engineering, procurement and construction contracts, power purchase agreements and other off-take and hedge agreements, interconnection agreements, supply agreements and operations and maintenance agreements.
- Help draft and manage all corporate documentation for Board and shareholders meetings (i.e., agenda, resolutions of all kinds, legal books, public deeds, Commercial Registry filings)
- Report any legal risk in relation to the operation, management, claims, and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with the Technical, Finance and Tax departments on the preparation of legal reports and analysis.
- Assist in completion of due diligence steps for required third parties
- Support Invenergy´s multifunctional team with legal questions and matters related to its affiliates.
- Work and manage the relation with external legal advisors on a daily activity basis.

**Required Skills**:

- English fluency required.
- 4-5 years of experience in a law firm or company in the renewable energy sector.
- Law degree is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good at problem solving and resourceful.
- Excellent organizational skills with attentiveness to timeliness.
- Able to communicate efficiently and effectively.
