Desde el equipo de Business Support en Walters People buscamos nuevo/a Associate Consultant. Tu misión principal será gestionar procesos de selección y desarrollo de negocio.

**Tus principales funciones serán**:

- Contacto directo con clientes: contactar con nuevos clientes y ya existentes, detectar necesidades de contratación, mantener reuniones presenciales y telemáticas, redacción de informes y presentaciones, seguimiento, atención personalizada, etc.

Además, tendrás un programa de formación interna continua en un entorno dinámico que apuesta por tu talento y desarrollo dentro de la compañía. Se ofrece contrato en prácticas y posteriormente paso a indefinido, horario de lunes a jueves de 9 a 18.30 y los viernes de 9 a 15h (2 días de teletrabajo/semana) y una banda salarial de 15.200€.
