About the Role:
As the Senior Technical Recruiter at Dow Jones, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our

approach to sourcing and onboarding technical talent, adapting seamlessly to the ever-evolving

You Will:
Recruitment
- You will creatively use full-lifecycle recruiting techniques to build and engage networks,

assess and hire qualified diverse senior engineering talent.

You Have:

- Understanding of recruitment marketing trends, coupled with an intrinsic enthusiasm for

customer experience, technological advancements, and innovative practices.
- Demonstrable prowess in organizational management, decision-making, and problem
- solving skills.
- A collaborative and transparent work ethic that thrives in a team-centric environment.
- Openness to constructive feedback as an avenue for growth, both as a recruiter and as a

strategic partner in the organization’s success.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
