**BUSCAMOS UNA PERSONA PARA NUESTRO CLIENTE IMPORTANTE ENTIDAD FINANCIERA CON EXPERIENCIA EN EL DISEÑO DEL APRENDIZAJE consultoría del aprendizaje, diseño instruccional, instrumentos de evaluación, tecnologías del aprendizaje y definición de KPI´s para el performance y modificación de conductas.**

**Trayectoria previa en diseño instruccional asíncrono y síncrono**
**Técnicas de gamificación, storytelling, microlearning, aprendizaje colaborativo.**
**Se valorará muy positivamente conocimientos y experiência previa en**:

**o Estrategia, investigación y diseño de soluciones de aprendizaje**
**o Plataformas LMS, CLMS, LXP.**
**o Herramientas de autor**
**o Herramientas de prototipado**
**o Metodología SCRUM y herramientas relacionadas.**

**Requisitos **¿Qué te pedimos?**

**Dominio en las siguientes actividades**:

- **Consultoría y diseño en soluciones de aprendizaje aplicando metodologías de design thinking.**:

- **Diseño de experiências de aprendizaje en modalidades asíncronas y síncronas.**:

- **Gestión de proyectos de aprendizaje usando metodologías ágiles.**:

- **Co creación e interacción con equipos de L&D a nível global**:

- **Coordinación de equipos de desarrollo (diseñadores instruccionales, diseñadores gráficos, ensamblaje) asignados a su proyecto en tránsito.**:

- **Comunicación e interacción con clientes senior y top management, equipos de soporte y operaciones, marketing y data.**

- **Inglés: C1**:

- **Español: nível alto escrito y hablado.**

- **Con experiência alto en ámbito corporativo en organizaciones con proyectos de RRHH, Talento, Coaching, Mentoring, etc.**:

- **Persona con visión de negocio, de cliente**:

- **Gran dominio de herramientas de learning**:

- **Perfil muy consultoría**:

- **Con conocimientos en diseño instruccional, pero no diseñador instruccional sino un rol más elevado, es decir, PO especializado en Consultoría Learning**
