Our main markets are France, Italy, Spain, and Greece. We have 21 operational bases: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, Lyon, and Brest in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence, Bari, and Naples in Italy; Asturias and Bilbao in Spain; Athens in Greece; and Hamburg in Germany.

We are hiring a** Network Planning Analyst** who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

Are you a skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team?

**What you will do**:

- Analyse market dynamics and suggest improvements in Network.
- Analyse and report Volotea performance and competition analysis.
- Develop relationship with internal departments to ensure the correct development of short and mid strategy. (Commercial, Strategy, Ops. PR, Marketing, etc).
- Combine independent problem-solving tasks with proactive integration in a highly dynamic team.
- Play with different data sources to identify, define, and optimize the network.
- Maintain, update, and improve existing reports.
- Follow up and review commercial agreements with airports & institutions.

**What you will need**:

- Degree in Aeronautical field (Management or Engineering)
- Advanced skills in Office package (Excel is a kids game for you). Expert dealing with presentations & power point. Knowledge of programming will be an asset as well as Power BI.
- Ability to think analytically, quantitatively, and creatively.
- You love playing with different sources of data to identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Conclusions from complex data are your bread and butter. You are good turning results into action proposals and good negotiator.
- Good Communications skills.
- Advanced level of Spanish and English.
