In AXPO Iberia we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Risk Data Quality Analyst to further advance his/her skills and career in a great working environment.

We are seeking a strong, versatile person to be in charge of the definition and implementation of processes, checks and related data flows to improve consistency of deal representation in Axpo's ETRM and surrounding systems, in order to ensure correct P&L, volume representation and risk KPIs.

**What you will do**:

- Investigate, track and resolve complex issues related to deal representation in the system. Perform root cause analysis.
- Define, implement and operate P&L consistency checks with an objective to reduce number of adjustments
- Propose and drive the implementation of improvement measurements for deal modeling, reporting and quality assurance
- Define and develop model for identifying deal entry inconsistencies
- Define business and technical requirements for processes and data flows serving as input for system deal representation
- Be active part of the international projects covered by the department, giving input from a P&L consistency and deal modelling perspective.
- Coordinate troubleshooting and instruction given to upstream functions in order to support the changes needed, else escalate to management

**What you bring & who you are**:

- University degree (ideally in engineering, economics, physics, or mathematics)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Solid understanding of data management, analysis and processing
- Advanced Excel skills and Basic Python, relational databases and BI software knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to formulate business and functional requirements
- Good understanding of commodity or financial trading and experience using ETRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast paced international environment
- Good people skills and Team player personality
- “Can do” attitude, fostering constructive team spirit
- Fluent in English language in spoken and written form
