**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**

We, at Flywire, are seeking a Salesforce Administrator that can help us continue to develop our Sales Cloud org to maximize user adoption, maintain org security and integrity, and improve data quality. You should thrive in an environment of continuous change at a fast growing company and enjoy providing great support to our users.

In this role, you would report into a Senior Administrator who along with another Salesforce Admin would work together to build scalable solutions, identify areas of improvement, help maintain the org and support our users.
- Maintain System permissions, security and Health
- Make Salesforce configuration changes to meet business needs, including: Flows, Process Builder, Fields, Page Layouts, Dynamic layouts, apps, Record Types, Validation Rules, Integrations.
- User provisioning and maintenance of Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, etc.
- Create Reports and Dashboards per User and Business requirements.
- Provide Training and Support for users assisting them with day-to-day tasks, data fixes, troubleshooting.
- Develop and Maintain Training documentation
- Manage and improve data quality, keep records accurate via mass updates, duplicate merging, validation rules, etc.

**Qualifications**:
**Here’s What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 2+ years hands on experience as Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator
- Strong analytical skills, technical proficiency and ability to solve problems with a good understanding of how the Salesforce platform works.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, clearly explain options and their potential impact, develop scalable solutions based on those requirements.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and multiple projects are going at once.
- Proficiency with:

- Automations: Flows, Process Builder, some understanding of triggers/Apex.
- Permissions: OWD, Roles, Profiles, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, Groups, etc
- Integrations: Native Apps, Connected Apps, Oauth, OKTA, APIs. (Familiarity with Marketo, Yesware, Sales Navigator, OKTA a plus)
- System Maintenance: Security, Release Impacts, Sandboxes and change sets, Configuration changes.
- Data Management: Importing, Exporting, Mass Changes, Deduplication
- Reports and Dashboards - Understanding of Standard and Custom Report types, Report formulas, Filters, Dashboard, etc.
