**About the role**:
Within the Ferrero Ice Cream Business, Ice Cream Factory Comaker (ICFC), one of the largest ice cream manufacturers in Europe of the Ferrero Group, is currently looking for a Plant Controller reporting professionally to I&S Controlling Manager Area Europe and managerially to Alzira Plant Mangafer and to Alzira Planning & Controlling Mananger. The position is based in Spain - Alzira.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the Plant full cost perimeter to ensure proper planning process accordingly to Group guidelines and timing,
- Guarantee financial reliability of leading KPIs, to support the Plant Manager in taking strategic decisions, to proactively detect cost dynamics aligning promptly Area I&SC Controlling and ensure coordination and monitoring of PFA.
- Interact with Operations and Finance Departments at Plant level, Planning & Controlling and including Production Unit Manager (UGP), Production Factors Analysis (PFA), etc, to ensure monthly closings rationales and coherently perform Rolling Forecast.
- Valuate rationales behind deviations from the Budget and detect and alert on potential cost dynamics on forecast.
- Identify main industrial investment rationales and ensure alignment between approval and execution and related monitoring post valuation.

**Who we are looking for**:
**Education**: Administration & Control, Engineering

**Business experience**: +8 years of experience- Strong Finance background to enable effectiveness working in a flexible environment and on multiple fronts.
- Previous experience in Industrial Controlling is requested.
- Previous experience and strong familiarity with Finance Controlling scope of work.

**Knowledge**:
- Advanced SAP, excel and power point knowledge and skills are requested.
- Computer skills in AS400 and Power BI is a plus.
- Spanish and English fluent, Italian is a plus.

**Competences**:
- Strong problem-solving attitude.
- Strong ability to analyze Production line indicators and synthetize key highlights and outcomes.
- Strong proactiveness in activating and involve the Production Team of the Plant in doing Budget, Rolling Forecast and analysis of the Actual
- Result-oriented with strong independence in addressing and delivering key outcomes and activating key stakeholders.
- Ability to balance the priorities of the Operation department with the Finance one
- Ability to relate with different organizational levels (from operative profiles to top management Plant Manager, Country CFO, Area I&SC Controller)
- Strong analytical skills, ability to provide leadership to multiple disciplines in a large and complex organization.
- Accountable for managing people assigned based on Group values, motivation, equity, diversity & inclusion, competence.
- Strong ability to guarantee the assigned human resources professional development, evaluating people and proposing development initiatives fostering the development and empowerment of the team.
