**The role**:
We are looking for a **Global Compensation Partner** to join our People team You will play an instrumental role in managing our compensation policies and programs to make sure our compensation system is competitive, fair and consistent. Sounds like you? Let's talk

**What will you be doing?**
- Study, design, and implement compensation policies and programs aligned with the company's culture throughout all the locations.
- Manage annual compensation review processes.
- Perform analysis on current reward framework and Identify future compensation needs.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to address compensation related issues.
- Conduct job evaluations, participate in salary surveys, collect internal and external data, and conduct other analyses to provide input about the compensation trends.
- Register data and documents to keep all our systems updated in everything related to compensation.
- Complete continuous analysis to ensure we are competitive and retain talent.
- Provide compensation consultation to the business.
- Stay up to date with global trends and conduct custom surveys and market benchmarking.
- Drive consistency, standardization, and simplification across all compensation programs.
- Set appropriate pay levels, base pay, annual incentive pay and stock compensation.
- Analyze the cost and effectiveness of any implemented programs.
- Monitor local market regulations & legislation to ensure the company compliance with laws governing compensation practices.
- Manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers.

**What you will need to succeed?**
- Be able to demonstrate global compensation experience. Exposure to policies in Spain, UK and Germany a plus.
- Good understanding of reward frameworks.
- Experience with Radford/Willis Towers Watson or similar benchmark tools.
- Deep understanding of compensation trends, market data, salary surveys, and job evaluation principles.
- Highly proficient in Excel with the ability to comprehensively translate data into written reports.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be consultative and pragmatic in program development and evaluation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

**How we work**:
Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk serves as the platform for human connection in-real-life (IRL). We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person **3 days a week**. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our **Barcelona hub**. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in-real-life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
