**Job Description**:
The O&M Manager for Floating Offshore Wind will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operation and maintenance related to our floating offshore wind farm projects. This crucial role ensures the smooth operation, cost-effectiveness, safety, and longevity of our offshore wind assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Asset Management: Oversee the operation of the wind farm to ensure efficient and uninterrupted power production. The manager needs to ensure the optimal performance of the wind farm by minimizing downtime and improving reliability.
- Maintenance Management: Develop and manage comprehensive maintenance plans based on best practices, manufacturers' recommendations, and regulatory requirements. This includes both routine preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of technicians, engineers, and other staff. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure everyone is working safely and effectively.
- Safety Oversight: Ensure all operations and maintenance activities comply with safety rules and regulations. Create a culture of safety and ensure all incidents are properly reported and investigated.
- Budget Management: Oversee the O&M budget, including forecasting, tracking costs, and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and service providers. Manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure services are provided as agreed.
- Reporting and Documentation: Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities. Prepare regular reports on the performance and condition of the wind farm for management and regulatory bodies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as industry standards.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with latest technologies and trends in the wind energy sector. Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the operations and maintenance activities.

**Requisitos**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or related field. A Master's degree or certification in project management would be a plus.
- Significant experience (typically 5-10 years) in the renewable energy sector, with a specific focus on offshore wind.
- Proven track record in operations and maintenance management.
- Understanding of offshore wind technologies, including turbines, foundations, cables, and substations.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in offshore environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in challenging situations.
- Willingness to travel and, at times, stay offshore for limited periods.
