Spa Therapist

We are currently seeking a skilled and licensed Spa Therapist to join our team at our luxurious wellness resort and spa. As a Spa Therapist, you will provide exceptional spa services to our guests, promoting relaxation and well-being. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills in either Greek or Spanish are preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Spa Treatments**:

- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other therapeutic services.
- Customize treatments based on individual guest needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and quality in service delivery.
- **Guest Consultation**:

- Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their health history and specific preferences.
- Provide recommendations on suitable treatments and wellness practices.
- Ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience for spa guests.
- **Hygiene and Sanitation**:

- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all spa activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms and spa areas.
- Sterilize equipment and tools as per spa protocols.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about spa products, treatments, and wellness trends.
- Educate guests about available spa services and retail products.
- Promote and upsell spa packages and products as appropriate.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Foster a sense of relaxation and tranquility for spa guests.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Efficiently manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
- Coordinate with reception and management to accommodate guest preferences.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of guest treatments and preferences.

**Salary**: 700.00€ - 800.00€ per month
