**What will do**:
- Provide Tier 1 Support for our global HR customer base providing system administration processes including Supervisory organizational administration, identifying and scheduling reports, maintenance of critical structures within Workday
- Provide guidance and active support to troubleshoot issues
- Provide guidance on best practice use and capability of Ecolab’s Workday solution.
- Manage support requests from our HR customers using our Workday Case Management solution.
- Manage own cases and prioritization to maximize effectiveness and efficiency and ensure that we resolve, inform and educate and provide high level of service to our HR customers.
- Work within governance framework to resolve or escalate support requests as appropriate
- Identify opportunities and act to continuously improve resource materials, procedures and customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business or Human Resources
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer focus and service orientation
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position
- Hybrid role working 3 days on-site and 2 days remote
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of human resource practices and processes
- Strong focus providing consistent and measurable service and driving high standards of response to customer support requests.
- Ability to think laterally to determine root cause and optimum solutions
- Proven ability to streamline processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Work independently and demonstrate the ability to prioritize, plan and deliver agreed goals.
- Work in a team demonstrating active collaboration and support to achieve team goals.
- Proven relationship management skills with the ability to interact successfully with all departments and levels
- Enjoys the challenge of analyzing the cause of issues to ensure that the correct solution is presented
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly developed oral and written communion
- Bilingual in English and other languages
