This is our role **Project Manager** for those who value interaction with customers, understand risk management and can streamline chaotic processes in a couple of meetings.
**Tasks in the role**:
- Be the accessibility evangelist for our company.
- Create, drive, communicate, and continuously improve accessibility strategy.
- Develop and implement scalable processes to support conformance with established standards.
- Work with different stakeholders within the company to create and maintain workflow guidelines for all aspects of accessibility.
- Be the accessibility expert, monitor changes in industry guidelines and standards, and communicate these changes to the stakeholders and teams.
- Create the process of accessibility monitoring, evaluate the usability of products with assistive technologies, and collaborate with engineers to identify, reproduce, prioritize, and document defects.
- Measure quality and consistency standards through metrics.
- Create and implement web accessibility workflows in an agile way.
- Work closely with third-party vendors on conducting accessibility audits and usability testing.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Experience as an Accessibility Manager in the IT field.
- Understanding and deep knowledge of WCAG, ADA, and other industry standards.
- Experience in creating and improving the accessibility processes.
- Ability to negotiate in any situation.
- Strong meeting facilitation skills.
- Experience in resolving complex and/or conflict situations.
- English at B2 level or above.
- Documentation skills with clear information architecture.
- Understanding of Agile product development methodologies and knowledge of the basic principles of Scrum team structure.
- Ability to use project management tools.
- You have experience in implementing infrastructure projects.

**A bit about the team**:
The team ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, identifies and mitigates compliance risks, and develops and implements risk-mitigation projects.
For project stakeholders, including senior management, legal, security, and compliance teams.
So that compliance violations are minimized, risks mitigated, and organization’s reputation is protected through effective risk management and compliance practices.
