He will be the fastening specialist for Airbus Cádiz, responsible for the following tasks:

- Define best solution for powered hand tools, their sequences and parameters according to the general specifications.
- Estimate cycle times, cost, planning, etc. for new tools acquisitions.
- Ensuring that process capabilities of all fasteners are met
- Identification of fastening issues, root cause analysis and actions for correction
- Development and execution of training for operators, team leaders and maintenance personnel
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and support with making corrections
- Benchmarking together with other plants and central fastening department, acting as focal point for Cádiz plant
- Manage changes in normative for blind bolts threaded fasteners as technical leader and propose changes and improvements
- Lead and/or participate in R&T and improvement fastening related projects
- Participate in new fasteners development
