The 4* **Fairways Hotel, **part of **The iNUA Collection**,** is currently looking for a Wedding & Events Manager to join the team.
The _**Wedding & Events Manager**_ will be responsible for assisting clients in planning weddings and specific wedding activities along with the Event business within the Hotel.
**Main Duties**:
- Increase Wedding & Event business conversion and grow the number of weddings & Events for the hotel following the hotel budget and business plan.
- Plan out quarterly Sales & Marketing initiatives to drive wedding and event inquiries.
- Complete management of 3rd Party Wedding websites.
- Manage and maintain the function diary to yield maximum revenues.
- Manage all Wedding accounts as well as relationship-building with local guests for other Event gatherings.
- Manage future Bride & Grooms from enquiry through to contract and execution of event on the day.
- Update and maintaine client files in accordance with the hotel guidelines.
- Conduct follow-up calls to obtain feedback from past couples & local clients on a weekly basis.
- Manage all social media channels from a wedding perspective with the ability to create live videos.
- Manage the PM account and ensure correct billing procedures are adhered to (through Hotsoft).
- Conduct corporate “Wedding Showgrounds” (virtually & face to face).
- Attend “Wedding Open Days” and Fairs along with the sales team and manages the planning activity surrounding these.
