**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Suppliers; procurement cycle (registration of suppliers, validation of purchase orders, control of invoices and accounting
- Invoice reception, accounting control and payment processes.
- Responsible for supplier database management
- Follow-up and reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Accounting closure of expenses
- Invoice control, analytical profit and loss account and monthly closing submission
- Budget preparation and monitoring
- Stock management of the Museum shops
- Optimisation of financial processes
- Other administrative functions specific to the position (such as payment claims,

re-invoicing, delivery notes...).

**THIS IS YOU**:
As Financial Controller for the Museum of Modern Art, you will oversee the budget, generate accurate reports, and ensure efficient financial management to support the museum's mission of promoting and preserving modern art.

**REQUIERMENTS**:

- A very detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge and previous experience with the Spanish Accounting Cycle
- Proactivity and transparency-Decision-making capacity.
- Knowledge of the online accounting software Exact, MS Office
- High level of English is essential (level test and interview in English will be carried out).
