**Be a part of a team where you will**:
- Proactively manage the Glovo network on the day of the operation, controlling cities and countries, fleet capacity and partners;- Become decision making driven and used to an incomplete information situation;- Deep-dive and have a complete understanding of the local operations at all times;- Handle proactive contingency day planning during times of disruption;- Optimize delivery times with direct impact on avoidance of cancellations of orders;- Become the main trigger of the operational levers, improving the network capabilities;- Ensure the stability of day-to-day operations;

**You have**:

- Proven experience of minimum 1 year in an Operations Control Center;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and track thousands of movements every day;- B2 level of English, both written and spoken;- Proficient in MS Office, G-docs and call center equipment/software programs;- Excellent abilities to work in a team but to also act independently when needed;- Capability to work under pressure in a changing environment;- Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts, including weekends, nights and occasional holidays;- Positive attitude and open for changes;
