**Discover your new role**
As a Business Analyst your job will be to provide support and participate in different projects with multiple departments and different areas, to ensure that the company’s standard processes are being executed. You will interact across all levels of the organization to report metrics, maintain sales activity, and ensure ongoing operations are being met under proper SLAs.

Must-have
- Assertive communication, and relationship skills.
- Fluent English.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Sharepoint
- Eager to learn and grow within the organization.
Previous experience in sales support functions is preferable.
Previous experience in software and/or services industries is preferable.
Knowledge in NetSuite or other CRM systems is a plus.
