Royal Den Hartogh Logistics es un proveedor líder de servicios logísticos a granel para la industria química, del gas, de polímeros y de alimentos secos a granel. **Acerca del equipo**

El objetivo de Den Hartogh en España es crecer continuamente. Contamos con un departamento de operaciones local encargado de gestionar todas las operaciones de Den Hartogh en España, Portugal y algunas zonas del sur de Francia, y estamos buscando incorporar a un nuevo Junior Planner. El objetivo principal de este puesto es planificar y priorizar las operaciones para maximizar el rendimiento. Gestionarás los pedidos de nuestros subcontratistas y colaboradores a través de nuestro propio sistema informático y proporcionarás información valiosa a nuestro director de transporte, al servicio de atención al cliente y a los departamentos comerciales. También darás apoyo a nuestros departamentos de las modalidades de ferrocarril y ferry. **Sobre el puesto**

Como **planificador junior**, serás la principal persona de contacto con nuestros socios de transporte (camiones, ferrocarriles y transbordadores). Desde el momento en que el cliente envía una solicitud de transporte, asumes la responsabilidad de la ejecución de los pedidos, incluida la planificación (del equipo), la reserva y la administración aduanera necesaria. Usted es el especialista en logística que responde a todas las consultas de sus socios de transporte, gestiona los cumplidos y las reclamaciones, resuelve los problemas, implanta nuevas vías y realiza análisis financieros y operativos para apoyar las mejoras continuas. Junto con sus colegas, proporcionará soluciones de transporte creativas, buscando siempre oportunidades para aumentar las ventas y asegurándose de que el cliente conoce perfectamente todos los productos/servicios. Será ágil y alternará constantemente entre la atención al cliente, la gestión de los socios de transporte y las operaciones, el debate sobre la evolución comercial y la búsqueda de mejoras.

**Acerca de ti**
- Preferiblemente licenciatura en logística o administración de empresas;
- De 1 a 3 años de experiência en oficina, idealmente en expedición de mercancías o transporte marítimo;
- Deseo de establecer relaciones internas y externas;
- Disposición para emprender actividades de formación y desarrollo.
