- 1-2 years of experience in user experience design with portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for complex projects across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and Axure.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

**What will you be doing in this role?**
- Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and visual designers, to create and deliver user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms.
- Conduct data-based user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products and platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to the development of product roadmaps and feature sets.
- Comfortable operating in a virtual design center of excellence where you share your work, are open to feedback and contribute back to the community to help grow the team expertise.
**About the Team**
You’ll be joining a UX/UI Global team with 30 people colleagues across the globe, working on a hybrid model from Barcelona Office and being part of a local fast pace growing design community, working on new products, and infusing change in the organization.
**Hours of Work**
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), permanent position, primarily working business hours in CET time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
This is a hybrid position working in the office up to 3 days a week.
