Tu misión será contribuir al proceso de Transformación Cultural, identificando constantemente e implementando nuevas formas de trabajar en la línea de Talento de **AZTI**, del Área de Personas y Cultura, que pasarás a ejecutar como parte de tu día a día.. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de transformación y gestión del cambio.

Para darte mayor visibilidad sobre cómo hacer que tu aportación a **AZTI **sea excepcional, hemos diseñado los siguientes roles y contribuciones**:
**Captación y Desarrollo del Talento: Personas y Equipos**
- Identificarás, e Implementarás y aplicarás en tu día a día mejoras en las diferentes fases del ciclo del talento, desde la atracción y captación hasta la fidelización.
- Desarrollarás estrategias efectivas de reclutamiento para atraer y seleccionar talento STEAM.
- Contribuirás a optimizar y participarás en el proceso de incorporación (onboarding) de las personas seleccionadas, garantizando una transición sin problemas y su integración exitosa en la cultura de AZTI.
- Junto con la responsable de Talento y la oficina de transformación, diseñarás y ejecutarás programas de desarrollo y aprendizaje, para potenciar las habilidades y el crecimiento de las personas y de los equipos.
- Desarrollarás iniciativas que promuevan la notoriedad de la marca AZTI en relación con sus valores y su talento.

**Promotor/a Cultura Innovadora y Gestión del Cambio**
- Colaborarás estrechamente con el resto del equipo de Personas y Cultura para definir la estrategia de Personas vinculada a los objetivos estratégicos y la implementarás en la operativa diaria.
- Fomentarás un ambiente de aprendizaje continuo y promoverás la colaboración y la innovación en toda la organización.
- Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con las personas que lideran las diferentes áreas de trabajo y, en general, con todas las personas que formamos AZTI.
- Buscarás de forma proactiva todas las oportunidades de mejora que permitan agilizar los procedimientos internos ligados al área de Talento, de manera que incremente la eficacia y la satisfacción del propio equipo como de las personas destinatarias de nuestros servicios.
