**Job description**:
We are seeking a dedicated Talentsoft Consultant to join our team at Amaris Consulting. This exciting role is perfect for individuals with 2 years of experience minimum and offers an Undetermined Duration Contract. The position is based in Spain, but the working language will be English.
- Act as an expert on the Talentsoft solution, providing insights and guidance to clients.
- Implement the Talentsoft solution at our client's location in Spain.
- Perform configuration tasks to ensure optimal functionality of the system according to client needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about Talentsoft features and updates.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation or post-implementation phases.
- Create comprehensive reports detailing system performance and areas for improvement if necessary.

This role provides a unique opportunity for growth within Amaris Consulting while contributing significantly towards improving our clients' HR processes through efficient implementation of the Talentsoft solution.

**About You**
- You have a mimum of 2 years’ experience working with HR systems like TalentSoft
- Your technical expertise allows you to easily understand complex software solutions.
- You possess strong analytical skills which enable you to troubleshoot problems efficiently.
- You are comfortable communicating fluently in Spanish & English both verbally and written.
- You have a proven track record of implementing software solutions at client locations.
- Your attention to detail ensures that you can perform system configurations accurately and efficiently.
