El Event Operation Manager en el Área de Business & Events se encargará de la Gestión de las operaciones y recursos necesarios para garantizar que los eventos se lleven a cabo de manera eficiente, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y satisfaciendo las necesidades de los clientes.
Las principales Responsabilidades son el ámbito de:
Planificación y Coordinación
Gestión de Personal
Recursos y Logística
Control de Calidad
Presupuesto y Finanzas
Seguimiento y análisis
Seguridad y Cumplimiento

**Requisitos**:
Aportar una experiência de 3 a 5 años desarrollando funciones como Responsable de Producción/Operación de Eventos, en Centro de Convenciones o similar.
Experiência previa en diversidad de negocios, empresas, países.
Formación Universitaria
Conocimiento financiero para la gestión presupuestaria y control de costes.Conocimientos de análisis de rentabilidades de productos.
Nível fluido de Inglés (Advanced) y nível alto de francés.
Conocimientos de informática a nível usuario.

Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de personal.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver problemas de manera eficiente.
