**Revenue Growth Manager - Barcelona**

**Job Mission**

You'll be responsible for lead the Revenue Growth Management co-creating direction for Reckitt Spain sustainable, long term growth identifying opportunities in Pricing, Promotions, Trade Spend and Assortment and tools for in-market optimization. Being a strategic business partner, proactively and collaboratively working across the Company to determinate the strategies that can effectively be used as a lever to grow revenue and improve profit for the organization.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop RGM strategy and ensure organizational alignment and buy-in
- Define guidelines across RGM levers for Pricing, Promotioins, Trade spend and Assortment in particular:

- Run standard pricing analytics (e.g., pricing potential by pack, price pack curve, brand ladder vs. competition)
- Share guidelines on promo execution to deliver maximum value (optimal discount depth/ lift by pack).
- Establish high-level trade architecture and terms guidance
- Set up tools, processes, and trainings for in-market optimization, including cascading of KPIs
- Interface with 3rd party data and research vendors in order to provide analytical inputs on category and regional opportunities
- Align between functions involved in RGM
- Build of RGM expertise across organization, including driving to common understanding and "language" around RGM
- Provide ad hoc support in RGM for local teams & other functions
- Consolidate ROI at market level to be shared with Management Team

**US Additional requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related analytical field
- High English Level
- 5-7 years of business experience in analytical role within FMCG managing multi-site operations
- Proven success developing Pricing & Promotion structures
- Highly proficient using financial analysis tools such as Excel, BI, etc.
- Knowledge of IRI, Nielsen systems a plus
- High analytical skills
- Strong change management capabilities
- Collaborative team player
- Ability to impact and influence the organization
- Results-oriented
