**Position purpose**:
The Iberia Logistics Lead will coordinate and supervise all logistics planning and operations for the Iberia Markets - Spain, Portugal, Canaries, and Gibraltar.

The primary areas of responsibility include:

- Ensuring optimum supply of products at required inventory levels while minimizing out of stocks and write-offs
- Primary contact for Logistics issues for Global functions (Global Supply Chain among others), JTI Distributors and Local Market management
- Liaising with the FP&A team and managing the year-end shipments and inventory levels

You will report to the Iberia Finance Director.

**What will you do - responsibilities**:

- Supervising, managing, developing and motivating a team of 7 people
- Ensuring timely delivery of expected output including data projections and reporting related to market demand
- Market SPOC for Track & Trace in logistics / distribution for Iberia
- Market SPOC for Quality Management System in logistics / distribution for Iberia
- To lead the implementation of measures for minimizing product write-offs
- Close cooperation with other Finance functions under the guidance of Iberia CFO to ensure markets yearly objectives are met (Volume, OCC, FCF)
- Solving incidences whenever needed, especially in extraordinary or urgent situations
- Streamline cooperation and communication with other functions

**Who are we looking for - requirements**:

- 5 years experience in a FMCG Company in a similar position
- Fluent in English, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Strong Excel skills coupled with advanced MS office skills such as PowerPoint
- Strong level of business understanding
- SAP knowledge is an asset
- Strong communication & leadership skills, fast decision maker, ability to work under pressure
