- ** Tu función **:En la actualidad, Kuehne+Nagel busca un/a profesional para el puesto de National Contract Logistics Production System Manager en sus oficinas ubicadas en Azuqueca de Henares. En dependencia del/de la responsable de área, velarás por el cumplimiento de los estándares y el desarrollo de mejoras en el sistema de producción, manteniendo una interlocución fluida tanto con agentes internos como externos.
- ** Tus responsabilidades**:

- Analizar y evaluar los procesos de producción existentes para identificar áreas de mejora y optimización.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias y procedimientos para mejorar la eficiencia y la calidad de los procesos de producción.
- Colaborar con el equipo de operaciones para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de los procesos y plazos establecidos.
- Supervisar el rendimiento del personal a cargo y brindar orientación y capacitación cuando sea necesario.
- Coordinar y colaborar con otros departamentos, como el departamento de compras, ventas y servicio al cliente, para garantizar una gestión eficiente y efectiva de los contratos de logística.
- Participar en reuniones y presentaciones para comunicar el rendimiento del sistema de producción y las estrategias de mejora a la alta dirección.
- Asumir y promover los programas de la Compañía en materia de Compliance y de Confidencialidad de Datos para todo lo concerniente a la posición de Técnico/a Desarrollo de Negocio Seguros de Empresa.

**Tus habilidades y experencias**:

- Formación académica, vinculada a la ingeniería logística.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en funciones similares como Black Belt.
- Certificación Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Abierto a ofrecer apoyo a otros países/regiones durante un periodo de tiempo limitado en función de las necesidades.
- Capacidad para analizar datos y métricas de rendimiento para identificar áreas de mejora.
- Inglés fluido, Italiano sería un plus.
- Vocación por el sector de la Ingeniería y la Logística.
