**Who are you?**
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance in Biologics.
- 6+ years of experience under GMP conditions in a CDMO manufacturing company.
- FDA experience (this is important, and absolutely mandatory), excellent experience with FDA audits.
- Demonstrated and excellent Managerial experience.
- Possess excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence and cultivate strong working relationships across all levels within the organization.
- Showcase exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Business fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
