support in a variety of research activities in the Group of Psychiatry, Mental Health and Addiction.***
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Education and qualifications**:
**Required: -**
- University degree in Psychology - _
- Oral and written fluency in Catalan, Spanish, English _
**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required: -**
- At least 10 years of experience in project management (health and research field) - _
- Experience in regulatory and governance aspects of an international research project - _
- High organisational capacity to work on several tasks simultaneously, and to prioritize tasks when deadlines _
- are tight - _
- Ability to work autonomously, coordinating with the rest of the team and coordinating with the institution - _
- Advanced user of project management tools, methodologies and good practices - _
Communication skills
- Experience in the development of: -
Operation plans, risk management strategies, sustainability plans, governance models and business
models. -
Knowledge of the local health ecosystem and main stakeholders. -
Experience in both public and private health sector.

**Main responsibilities and duties: **
To coordinate the administrative tasks of the group
To organize the different courses performed by the group
To assist the research PIs in the coordination
Liaise with and support HVH clinical personnel
To prepare the annual memories of the group and to update the information of the group required in the
different fellowships for which the group applies.
**Labour conditions: -**
Full-time position: 40h/week.
