We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the 2-year research project titled:_
- "Evaluation of the Impact on Emotional Well-Being and Mental Health of Unaccompanied Youth on the Move Through a Psychosocial Intervention Model in Interdisciplinary Teams in Barcelona."_

**Education and qualifications**:
*** Required**:

- Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in General Health Psychology
- Complementary training in migration and transculturality
- Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English

**Desired**:

- Knowledge of Arabic/ French will be considered Knowledge of the implementation and monitoring of psychosocial initiatives.

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required**:

- At least 2 years of experience working with young unaccompanied migrants.
- Experience within the organization Superacció, where the project will be developed.
- Knowledge about cultural competence.

**Desired**:

**Main responsibilities and duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate all phases of the project.
- Ensure the achievement of objectives within the established timelines and budget.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (psychologists, social workers, researchers, etc.).
- Draft progress reports and prepare documentation for the dissemination of results.
- Manage communication with project partners and key stakeholders.

**Labour conditions**:

- Part-time position: 20h/week.
- Starting date: January 2025
- Gross annual salary: (Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
- Contract: Open-ended contract linked to the project
