We are seeking a** Student Enquiry Officer** to join our friendly and dynamic Lead Qualification Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international company.

**Your Role**

This role is part of our Lead Qualification Team. Advisors based London and globally are responsible for:
Engaging with and nurturing new student leads generated via our digital marketing channels.

When contacting potential students, you will take a positive but professional approach, responding knowledgeably to initial queries, as well as being able to engage confidently on our school’s unique selling points.
Ensure that all leads are contacted in a proactive and timely manner, according to defined KPIs.

Playing an important part in our global recruitment network, you will communicate effectively with different global teams, including digital lead generation team, marketing team, field recruitment team and campus teams.

**About You**

This role is a perfect first step into our Enrolment and Marketing team; ideal for a graduate with 1- or 2-years’ experience in sales or customer service in a premium or luxury sector, especially hospitality or culinary arts. This is a great opportunity to develop a career in the international education sector in a high-end B2C services environment.

We will consider applicants who have experience in different sectors, with a strong track record of relatable experience successfully engaging with premium customers with a consultative sales approach.

The role requires resilience, organisational skills as well as being KPI focused and digitally literate.
