About Role - **Backend Engineer**

A UK based organisation is looking for talented Backend Engineer with strong analytical problem-solving skills and experience in building modern SaaS systems in the Cloud.

**As our Backend Engineer you will be responsible for**:

- Designing and implementing a distributed, event-driven, scalable data platform back-ends to manage our IoT ecosystem.
- Identifying and leveraging the best available technologies, tools and cloud services to find the best solution to each technical challenge.
- Developing high-quality software using the right language for the problem in hand (Javascript/Typescript with nodejs and Python among others), focusing on simplicity, elegance and economy.

**What do we value**
- 5+ years experience designing, building and maintaining secure, scalable and high-performance back-ends for SaaS systems in the Cloud.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.

**Salary**: 34,000.00€ - 62,000.10€ per year
