Very well-known Real Estate Agency located in Golden Mile Office is looking for experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents from Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, Austria, Norway, or UK, to join our successful sales team.
Attitude is as important as experience so if you are looking for a challenge and are a good broker, we want you in our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- To work with the buyer from lead to completion of the property purchase.
- Help your clients find a property and close the deal.
- Assist your clients throughout the purchase process.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Know how to manage and work with 10 and more clients at the same time.
Requests
- Over 2 years of sales experience on the Costa del Sol
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong communication skills
- Driving Licence to visit properties
- Previous experience and knowledge about the local real estate market is a must
