**Descripción del empleo**:
Importante empresa de reproducción asistida ubicada en Marbella busca Agente de Call Center.
Si tienes experiência de al menos 6 meses y te gustaría trabajar en este ámbito sigue leyendo:
- Atender llamadas de pacientes potenciales y proporcionar información detallada sobre nuestros servicios y procedimientos de fertilidad.
- Programar citas y coordinar detalles logísticos para los pacientes que desean iniciar tratamientos.
- Gestionar consultas telefónicas y brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional, ofreciendo apoyo emocional y respondiendo a preguntas o inquietudes con empatía y profesionalismo.
- Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos, como el equipo médico y administrativo/a, para garantizar una experiência integral y satisfactoria para el paciente durante todo su proceso en la clínica.
**Requisitos**:
Fluidez en inglés (nível intermedio - avanzado B2), ya que parte de la clientela es internacional.
Vivir dentro de la provincia de la vacante (Marbella) y/o poder desplazarse diariamente al centro de trabajo.
Experiência previa en ventas y/o atención al cliente, preferiblemente en el sector de la salud o servicios médicos/as.
Personas con discapacidad: Será necesario disponer de un Certificado de Discapacidad oficial igual o superior al 33% emitido por el organismo público competente.
**Características del empleo**:
- Contrato indefinido de Jornada Completa.
- Turno rotativo de trabajo con una hora para comer: de 9:00 a 18:00 ó de 10:00 a 19:00.
- Salario 19.200 € BRUTOS ANUALES.
