We are currently looking for a **Senior Brand Strategist**.**

Our partner is an agency and consultancy that assists large companies in designing their business strategies and developing their employer brand.

Through analysis and research of new creative techniques, revolutionary methodologies, and cutting-edge technologies, they provide multidisciplinary solutions tailored to the needs of businesses.

**As a brand specialist**:

- You will work hand in hand with the strategy team
- Create a strong connection with different creative teams and with the client team.
- Focus and develop brand diagnosis and positionings
- Conceptualize brand strategies that can be translated to creative territories in brand identity, communication or packaging projects
- Create brand platforms
- Contribute to design brand strategies
- Develop brand narratives and sales pitch
- Collaborate on creating the naming proposals
- Develop brand architecture projects
- Participating in verbal branding and naming creations
- Present projects to internal and client teams
- Work on several projects at a time, collaborating with the other team members and individually.
- Going beyond the projects implies being able to make them grow, as well as the clients and also the company by recognizing opportunities, being part of proposals and generating knowledge that enriches the company as a whole.

**What will make you succeed in this position?**
- Have a strong background in the following fields of study**:Brand Consultancy, Strategic Planning**:

- Analytic ability: to** identify players, trends and market opportunities.**:

- Knowledge of **Marketing/Advertising/Strategy**. This position will require someone that feels comfortable using this knowledge and experience to create better solutions for our clients.
- **7 years of experience in a Brand Strategy role.**:

- Speak **fluent Spanish **and **English (C1 Advanced).**:

- Confidence to** present projects**, arguments and defend them internally and externally.
- Manage your projects in an **autonomous **way taking into account the pace and rhythm of the agency (**Agility**).
- Being **adaptable **and feeling comfortable working with different clients, types of business, and industries at once.
- Act as a **humble collaborator **who acts with **empathy **with internal and external clients.
- **Analytical thinking** to be able to find quick solutions based on analysis.
- Are used to **working in teams**, taking the initiative to promote a productive and collaborative work environment.
- **Leading** project teams
