We are looking for an experienced **Chief Digital Officer** to join an international young-minded fashion brand.

**Responsabilities**

Strategic direction and driving growth across all digital platforms.

Develop and implement digital initiatives, and ensure the company is fully leveraging digital technologies to improve its operations and achieve its business objectives.

Keep the brand at the forefront of new technologies and continue to grow a digital-innovation ecosystem.

Focus on enhancing the digital experience for customers ensuring a high level of image and consistency with the brand identity.

Manage cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, data, operations, studio...

Work with other business areas that do not depend hierarchically but do have an impact on e-business.

**How do we imagine you?**

We are looking for an expert in digital, with proven leadership of successfull digital strategies taking eCommerces B2C to the next level.

***Understanding of core business processes and their associated technical solutions.

An innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward.

Great leadership skills while maintaining good harmony with the teams.

***Ability to infuence at every level, imparting your digital knowledge and skills in a constructive, empowering and collaborative way.

We are seeking a Chief Digital Officer who not only possesses a deep understanding of digital strategies but also has a genuine passion for the fashion industry.

Fluent in Spanish and English.
