Our client is a leader in accounting, administration and transfer agency services f investment funds.

As a Private Equity Manager you will be responsible f leading the relationship of a ptfolio of private equity clients, responsible f reviewing client NAVs.

You will wk with close-ended funds specializing in private equity, private debt, real estate and venture capital.

**Responsibilities**:
Management of a p
- tfolio of client relationships
- Reviews and approves net asset valuations, capital activity, general ledger, cash reconciliations, income, and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards. Manages year-end audits and tax repting with clients and audits, ensuring timely completion of fieldw
- k.
- Reviews financial statements and distribution waterfall calculations. Identifies and implements solutions to enhance processes, communication, efficiency, and w
- kflows. Codinate with internal teams (e.g., Compliance, Invest
-Services) to align processes with client needs.
- Provide clients with technical accounting and industry knowledge.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience in the fund industry.
- At least 2 years experience in managing client relationships, deliverables and communication.
- In-depth knowledge of closed ended funds required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Pri
-experience with PFS-Paxus is desired, but not required
- Accounting designation desired, but not required
