Security Lead

This team will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, software architects and software engineers, to develop and execute comprehensive security strategies.

Your expertise in cloud security and AI technology will be essential in identifying potential vulnerabilities, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

**What you will do**
- Evaluate and select appropriate security technologies, tools, and services for cloud-based systems, ensuring their compatibility with AI frameworks and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends.
- Design, configure, and monitor security measures for cloud platforms, to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
- Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures related to cloud infrastructure and software development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. SRM, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Coordinate the team for continuous vulnerability assessments on legacy/cloud environments, identifying potential weaknesses and recommending appropriate remediation actions.
- Lead incident response activities, including investigating and mitigating security breaches, identifying root causes, and implementing preventative measures to avoid future incidents.
- Ensure the effective collaboration of the security specialists with the product area cross-functional teams, to integrate security measures into the development and deployment processes.
- Coordinate and support release management, quality checks, first-time implementations & 2nd line of customer support.
- Contribute in the BCSS Security community, representing CNS.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry-specific security standards and certifications.
- Provide guidance and mentorship on cloud security best practices, conducting training sessions and promoting a culture of security awareness.
- Drive continuous improvement for security practices, such as automation, penetration tests, reporting, prediction, 3PPs, etc
- Stay informed about the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and security practices in AI, cloud computing, and related technologies, and proactively implement measures to address them.

**You will bring**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in cloud security, preferably in an AI-focused environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Ericsson standards and security practices is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (public/private) is a plus.
- Good understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Hands-on experience with cloud security tools and technologies (e.g., IAM, encryption, firewalls, WAFs).
- Strong leadership, capacity to network with other organizations and role-model
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus.
