**DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY**:

- Early Childhood Education Center in Valencia (Spain) that counts more than 10 years of experience. The center distinguishes itself from the traditional ones thanks to its personal way of educating the children, combining their own philosophy with the Montessori methodology. They stand in the belief that all the children are unique, and they have a big potential to develop, by emphasizing their independence through collaborative plays and self-directed activities.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Knowledge of Montessori methodology
- Period of the internship is 1 month in July
- A motivated person who likes to work with children at early ages
- Experience in working with children

**RECOMMENDATIONS**:

- Previous experience working with Montessori methodology
- last year student or graduated

**TASKS**:

- Motivating and stimulating children's learning abilities, often encouraging learning through experience
- Providing pastoral care and support to learners and providing them with a secure environment to learn
- Supporting the development of children's basic skills, including physical coordination, speech and communication
- Developing learners' curiosity and knowledge
- Working with others, including teaching assistants and volunteer helpers, to plan and coordinate work both indoors and outdoors
- Ensuring the health and safety of children and staff is maintained during all activities, both inside and outside the school
- Providing administrative support to an academic team of lecturers, tutors or teachers
- Classroom management
- Planning and preparing lessons
