**Position Overview**:
Based in the vibrant city of Madrid, this role demands a profound understanding of either US or EU Privacy regulations. As a pivotal global position, you will play a crucial role in supporting Data Subject Request (DSR) management and fostering contractual relations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leverage your data protection and privacy expertise to provide invaluable insights to key stakeholders at Euronet. Collaborate closely with various business lines in the EU to devise practical plans and strategic advice that mitigate privacy risks and align with business objectives.
- Skillfully draft and review Data Privacy & Data Transfer Agreements, working in tandem with internal counsel. Be a driving force in privacy-focused negotiations with external parties.
- Champion EU Privacy Consultants in navigating local regulatory demands.
- Develop and fine-tune Data Privacy and Cookie Notices for our online platforms.
- Contribute to the research and documentation of intricate processing operations, ensuring the integrity of lawful basis for processing and meticulous data transfer documentation.
- Stay attuned to the ever-evolving local regulatory landscapes, proactively sharing insights with the Privacy Office team and local business leaders.
- Embrace and embody the principles of Privacy by Design, showcasing your unwavering commitment to this vital approach.
- Undertake, support, and assess Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) endeavors, particularly in the context of introducing new products/services, updating existing offerings, engaging with third-party service providers, and optimizing internal processes.
- Provide vital assistance in the resolution of complex Data Subject Rights requests.
- Play an active role in communicating the corporate privacy program to our business stakeholders, making use of your impressive presentation and influencing skills.
- Display adeptness in managing a diverse workload and juggling multiple projects concurrently, all while maintaining vigilance over a range of regulatory obligations.

**Qualifications**:

- Hold the distinction of being an EU or US qualified lawyer, boasting a minimum of three years' hands-on experience in the realm of data privacy - especially in the crafting of Data Privacy Agreements and Privacy Impact Assessments.
- Possess formal privacy training and certification, with recognition such as an IAPP-issued certification.
- Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to personal growth through continuous privacy and professional education.
- Showcase familiarity with, or knowledge of, a variety of information security standards, tools, and systems.
- Command impeccable written and verbal communication skills, effortlessly coupled with a robust analytical acumen.
- Be fluent in the English language; additional languages are a notable advantage.
- Exhibit remarkable organizational prowess and autonomy, showcasing your ability to navigate a diverse portfolio of projects with mínimal oversight.
