**Job Description**:
**World Ready Quality**:
At PayPal, the World Ready Quality team has a key role in the global delivery of high-quality payment experiences and localized content that is market relevant, compliant and accurate. To guarantee the highest quality the team must make sure that the product meets the local End-to-End requirements. These requirements could cover legal, cultural and customer perspectives. The World Ready Quality team have a solid understanding of the main principles behind quality assurance, quality engineering, localization process and in general software development that enables them to accurately assess, recommend, and drive improvements in the product’s development.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Program Management - One of the key responsibility of this role is to be able program manage the beta testing portfolio of work.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the vendor, including but not limited to driving weekly sync meetings
- Maintain and improve the program roadmap and schedule
- Oversee new project intake and ensure requests are being analysed and tracked
- Maintain and improve analysis of project throughput
- Track and forecast spending, analyse vendor's invoicing data to remain within budgets
- Adapt the Beta testing process to stay compliant. Liaise with PayPal InfoSec, educate World Ready Quality and vendor team members on requirements
- Identify and act on any changes or issues related to the vendor's Jira or SSO integrations with PayPal systems
- Stakeholder Management - this role has a key value in being able to manage local business stakeholders and keep them aware of all quality related measures for the German market
- Communication Quality Management - maintain a continuous communication flow with key stakeholders on all aspects of quality and localization
- Process Management - Defining and improving processes to delivery high quality for the local market

**Job Requirements**
- Ideally a BE in Computer Science or Engineering and several years related industry experience
- Previous Program Manage Experience
- Highly analytical, innovative, and able to think strategically and to develop comprehensive detailed specifications
- Flexibility and adaptability - Adapting to new situations and challenges is a must.
- Good understanding of QA methodologies and sound knowledge of QA Automation processes and tools
- Excellent verbal and writing skills; ability to produce clear, concise communications and documentation
- Highly effective at working in cross-functional groups and getting results in matrix organizations
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work on concurrent assignments with different priorities
- Past experience in global companies working with international stakeholders is a plus
- Engineering background is a plus
- Experience in Bug filing tools like Jira
- Familiarity with Agile principles
- Experience in Tools such as Smartsheet, Miro, Confluence etc. is a plus
- Based in Germany and speaking the local language is a plus
