Your Work-life opportunity

As Head of Product Operations, you will be responsible for direct line management, product-centric tasks, strategic planning, and implementation and will be heavily involved in daily operational activities. Your role includes periodic direct engagement in the development of products. The responsibilities span across several diverse product lines and business-operational areas.

**You will be part of a team where you will work on**:
Provide strategic guidance to the management team on all aspects of business operations, including business development, strategy, and data analysis.

Be directly involved in product strategy, the direction of product across all product lines

Oversee the development and management of product solutions, ensuring they meet market needs and comply with industry standards.

Develop and manage comprehensive fraud prevention strategies, integrating them across various product lines.

Supervise the Media and Advertising team, ensuring effective performance, marketing, and brand management strategies.

Direct and mentor a team, including Media and Advertising Manager, Business Intelligence Team Lead, and Customer Service team leaders for existing and future product lines. Be present and hands-on in all activities of these teams/departments.

Lead the product development and launch of new products assigned to you and initiatives, aligning them with company objectives.

Actively engage in day-to-day operations, demonstrating a hands-on approach to managing product development and operational challenges in areas/departments and products assigned to you.

Work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive product development and operational efficiency.

Regularly report to senior executives and stakeholders on product performance, operational challenges, and strategic opportunities, as well as progress and status of areas of responsibility assigned to you.

Who Are You?

**As a Head of Product Operations, you will need to have**:
At least 10 years of demonstrable experience in product and operations-related leadership roles.

You have demonstrable, hands-on experience in any of the following: business intelligence; data analytics; web engineering; and web development.

Extensive experience in managing product operations in the digital industry (web). Advertising and media background is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with a successful team management track record. Able to provide references.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, crucial for internal coordination and external stakeholder engagement.

Proven ability in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on aligning product strategy with business goals.

Demonstrated experience in being actively involved in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.

Comprehensive understanding of executive management practices, with the ability to navigate complex business environments, competing requirements, and strict deadlines.

Advanced problem-solving skills, proficiency in identifying challenges and developing innovative solutions.

Technical proficiency, and strong understanding of the technical aspects of product development and operations.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred (MBA).
