We are currently working with a growing multinational company dedicated to animal nutrition with locations in Europe, Asia, America and Africa that is developing transformative technology through innovative nutrition-based solutions.

They are looking for a Industrial Data Analyst to set in place the right reporting templates in order to publish correct and meaningful reports on time to monitor the company’s development as well as to implement top level control systems to manage business risks; Act as a specialist to affiliates and departments to ensure availability of information in automated reportings; Created reports are directing to achievement of the company’s objectives.

What will your day to day tasks be?
- Provide information and support in reporting (Navision, Targit)
- Further develop the product costing in the group
- Further develop the Data warehouse and BI Solution
- Collect and validate use cases with the colleagues in business functions (Purchase, Production, Sales)
- Set and align the framework of reports as set out from Group Controlling
- Ensure EW Nutrition Headquarter’s requirements in the reportings
- Inform HQ Controlling about relevant happenings
- Assistance/training and guidance for reporting needs

Skills and Capabilities needed to successfully do the job?
- Strong Affinity for numbers and IT
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management skills (planning, organization and control)
- Understanding of finance fundamentals
- Experience in product costing inside the Finance Dpt.
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player with strong customer service orientation
- Very good communication in English language both verbally and in writing
- Very good knowledge of operations & company’s business model
- Very good Coordination and Alignment skills
- Very good time management and organizational skills
- Confident to have a strong point of view and express it even if it proves unpopular
- Change management skills
- Very good Coordination and Alignment skills: Ability to manage others and himself/herself to meet deadlines.
- International Experience and ability to work efficiently with different cultures
- Advanced general IT skills, especially in following software: MS Office, especially Excel and preferably Navision Advanced and TARGIT
- Demonstrate emotional maturity and resiliency in difficult circumstances
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the complex documents and government regulations
