Administrador - Las responsabilidades del titular incluyen el diseño, la implementación, la administración y el mantenimiento de las soluciones de correo electrónico Microsoft 365 y los sistemas relacionados, incluidos Microsoft Exchange 2016, Exchange 2019, Exchange Online y la infraestructura de mensajería basada en híbridos, así como otros servicios M365 como MS Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Yammer, MS Defender, Power Platform y otros para las operaciones de los socios del cliente. Analista - El titular será responsable de analizar las necesidades técnicas del cliente, los usuarios finales y todas las partes interesadas, al tiempo que ayuda a identificar problemas técnicos y propone soluciones como parte del proceso de gestión de problemas.
Planificador - El titular debe ser capaz de analizar los requisitos generales de los socios del cliente y desarrollar un plan integral que cumpla las metas y objetivos generales como parte del proceso de gestión del nível de servicio.
